Course Overview

The graphic design course will give you a broad range of ground knowledge design skills needed for entry in the design industry. You will be exposed to various design concepts, involved in design projects that reflect industry practice and connect with creative people and creative ideas related to the design industries.

Our teaching approach is practical and hands-on. You will be learning in a studio environment as well as through lectures, workshops, industry presentations and group work.

Important Information

Entry Requirements

Participants in CUA40715 Certificate IV in Design will be required to have:

  • IELTS band score of 5.5 ( Academic or general version) or equivalent internationally recognised exam result in line with Australian Student Visa requirements; or
  • Satisfactory completion of at least 20 weeks of ELICOS within Australian Institute; or
  • Completed secondary studies equivalent to an Australian Year 12 qualification
  • Be eligible for an English language exemption in line with Australian Student Visa requirements
