Course Overview

The Certificate IV in Business will give you specialized skills, as well as a broad range of knowledge and technical skills needed to succeed in many roles. You will gain skills in professional presentations, publication design, business resource organization, and team and individual development. You can select one of the two specialised streams offered at ACDC: General Business or Marketing and Communication.

 

Upon successful completion of Certificate IV in Business, ACDC’s students will be able to build a career within professional business environments in both the public and private sector as well as preparing the student for further study.

 

Successful completion of this course may give you the necessary skills to seek employment in various business companies.

Diploma of Leadership and Management

You will be job ready and desirable to future employers as you will have relevant and up to date experience with programs and skills, common in the workplace environment.

Certificate IV in Business

Course Structure

To achieve this qualification, the candidate must demonstrate competency in 10 units. The duration of this course is 26 weeks, 20 contact hours per week. This course offers Two Streams: General Business Stream or Marketing and Communication Stream.

Important Information

Entry Requirements

Participants for the Certificate IV in Business will be required to have:

  • IELTS band score of 5.5 ( Academic or general version) or equivalent internationally recognised exam result in line with Australian Student Visa requirements; or
  • Satisfactory completion of at least 20 weeks of ELICOS within Australian Institute; or
  • Completed secondary studies equivalent to an Australian Year 12 qualification
  • Be eligible for an English language exemption in line with Australian Student Visa requirements

Assessment Methods
